  • Reactive Maintenance Engineer

    Pay: £31,800 per year

    Hours of Work: 3 in, 4 off, 4 in, 3 off. Hours are 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00

    Duties include:
    We want people who thrive in a diverse and challenging work environment and are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our recycling facility in Grantham.

    Duties include:

    · Reactive maintenance across the site to ensure optimal performance

    · Mechanically replacing bearings, compressor checks, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

    · Completing all relevant documentation to a high standard

    · Basic facility and site service maintenance when required

    This is 12 hour shifts on a rotating shift pattern of 3 in, 4 off, 4 in, 3 off. Hours are 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00.

    *Hours will be 06:00-18:00 only for 2 to 3 months while training*

    Applicants are required to be flexible as the shift may change.

    Requirements for this position are a minimum of Level 3. Mechanical knowledge such as bearings, compressors, chains, hydraulics and pneumatics are essential.

    Knowledge and experience in a production driven environment or recycling plant would be an advantage.

  • Transport Planner

    Pay: £27,000-£30,000 per year

    Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

    Duties include:
    We are looking for a Transport Planner to support the Transport Manager enabling us to deliver a safe, efficient, reliable and cost-effective delivery and collection service for the Company and our customers

    We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in transport with a good understanding of Working Time Directive and have a CPC (or be prepared to study to attain).

    Candidates will be required to:

    *Plan daily routes, deliveries, and collections for the fleet of 20 vehicles across multiple sites
    *Ensure the maintenance of vehicles is carried out efficiently and in a timely manner
    *Liaising with local garages to ensure defects are rectified immediately
    *Managing the drivers working time and drivers’ time
    *Monitor through weekly reports and feed back to the Transport Manager
    *Managing absence and working with HR with regard to other staffing issues

    Candidates must have the following requirements:

    A proven track record in transport
    Have knowledge of Word and Excel
    An understanding of tracking systems and good geographical knowledge
    Have a professional telephone manner
    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Fridge Recycling Machine Operative

    Pay: £10.91 - £11.83 per hour

    Hours of Work: Fixed Nights 10pm-6am, Monday to Friday.

    Duties include:
    We are looking for Machine Operatives to work on a permanent Night shift at our recycling facility in Grantham.

    We want people who thrive in a diverse and challenging work environment and candidates will be involved in the well-publicised industry of electronics recycling.

    * Transport can be provided within the Grantham area*

    Duties include

    *Controlling the operations of the Fridge Line

    *Scanning Barcodes and Counting Appliances

    *Machinery checks with handheld devices

    *Emptying cages of materials

    *Communicating with Engineers when faults are identified

    Applicants must be physically capable as the job requires manual handling of electrical appliances.

    Candidates must be reliable with a good work ethic, be required to follow health and safety guidelines, and correct manual handling procedures.

    Hours of work are 10pm-6am, Monday to Friday.

    Immediate starts are available.

    Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given. However, we do look for people with a positive/can do attitude that want to be part of our team.

  • Forklift Driver

    Pay: £10.70 per hour

    Hours of Work: 4 days on 06:00-18:00 with 4 days off followed by 4 nights on 18:00-06:00 with 4 days off

    Duties include:
    We are looking for Counterbalance Forklift Drivers who will thrive in a diverse and challenging environment to work in our recycling operations at our factory in Grantham.

    Candidates will be offered training and excellent development opportunities within the well-publicised industry of electronics recycling.

    Immediate starts are available. A high level of skill and confidence in driving ability is required and all drivers are required to carry out an onsite assessment.

    You will enjoy working within a busy Goods-In environment and all you need is commitment, drive and determination.

    Applicants must be physically capable as the job requires manual handling of electrical appliances.

    Duties will include

    · Off-loading and loading materials from each vehicle in a safe and productive manner

    · Monitoring and controlling continuous flow of materials in the factory

    · Ensuring that products are in the required area

    Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off shifts days and nights 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00

  • WEEKEND MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

    Pay: £36,000 per annum

    Hours of Work: Hours of work are 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00. This is 12 hour shifts on a weekend shift pattern of 4 on 3 off.

    Duties include:
    Ideally applicants are required to be electrically biased with some mechanical skills.

    Duties include:
    - Weekend maintenance across the site to ensure optimal performance
    - Fault finding on equipment such as electrical panels, PLC, 3 phrase circuits and control systems, motor testing repairs and replacement
    - Mechanically replacing bearings, compressor checks, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
    - Completing all relevant documentation to a high standard
    - Basic facility and site service maintenance when required

    Applicants are required to be flexible as the shift may change.

    Requirements for this position are a minimum of Level 3. Electrical knowledge is an advantage. Mechanical knowledge such as bearings, compressors, chains, hydraulics and pneumatics are essential.

    Knowledge and experience in a production-driven environment or recycling plant would be an advantage.
