Vacancies at our Grantham Site

  • General Operatives

    Pay: £10.72 per hour

    Hours of Work: Monday to Friday FIXED SHIFTS 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 6am / No weekends / Overtime available

    Duties include:
    An exciting opportunity has risen for general operatives to work at at our recycling facility in Grantham.
    This is only the second of its kind in Europe, and enables the safe dismantling of compressors from refrigerators and other cooling appliances.
    Experience is not essential as full training will be given. All you need is commitment, drive and determination.

    Duties will include
    - Operating machinery and tools
    - Loading of large electrical items
    - Dismantling
    - De-polluting
    - Housekeeping

    Candidates must be reliable with a good work ethic, be required to follow health and safety guidelines, and correct manual handling procedures.

    Immediate starts are available.

  • Forklift Drivers

    Pay: £11.18 per hour

    Hours of Work: Permanent / 12 hour shift / Day shift / night shift / Overtime / Weekend availability

    Duties include:
    We are looking for a Counter Balance Fork Lift Driver to work in our recycling operations at our factory in Grantham. Immediate starts are available.
    You will enjoy working within a busy Goods-In environment and all you need is commitment, drive and determination.
    Candidates will be offered training and excellent development opportunities within the well-publicised industry of electronics recycling.
    Applicants must be physically capable as the job requires manual handling of electrical appliances.
    Counterbalance Forklift Licence is preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate.

    Duties will include
    - Off-loading and loading materials from each vehicle in a safe and productive manner
    - Ensuring that products are in the required area
    - Adhering to all health and safety requirements relating to the operation

    Candidates must be reliable with a good work ethic, be required to follow health and safety guidelines, and correct manual handling procedures.

    Overtime is paid at time and a half from day one.

  • Weekend Maintenance Engineer

    Pay: £38,000.00 per year

    Hours of Work: 12 hour shift on a shift pattern of 4 on 3 off over weekends Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon

    Duties include:
    We are looking for a Weekend Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team at our recycling facility in Grantham.
    Ideally applicants are required to be mechanically biased with some electrical skills.

    Duties include:
    - Weekend maintenance across the site to ensure optimal performance.
    - Fault finding on equipment such as electrical panels, PLC, 3 phrase circuits and control systems, motor testing repairs and replacement
    - Mechanically replacing bearings, compressor checks, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
    - Completing all relevant documentation to a high standard
    - Basic facility and site service maintenance when required.

    This is 12 hour shift on a shift pattern of 4 on 3 off over weekends Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon

    Applicants are required to be flexible as the shift may change.

    Mechanical knowledge such as bearings, compressors, chains, hydraulics, and pneumatics are essential. Electrical knowledge is an advantage.

    Knowledge and experience in a production driven environment or recycling plant would be an advantage.

  • Refer A Friend Scheme

    Pay: £50.00 each
